Our Story

Best Way Overseas Private Employment Agency Private Limited Company (Best Way) is providing overseas employment services to professionals and non-professional Ethiopian job seekers for over 20 years. Prior to this establishment, it was a sole proprietorship working for about 14 years. It is reorganized and incorporated to expand its operation, to provide a best quality service as well as to be more competitive.

Best Way is registered with and licensed by Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration, and Ministry of Labour and Skill.

The Company’s shareholders are two Ethiopian entrepreneurs having vast experience in this sector and other business areas.

Best Way has good reputation in the sector, and it is currently preparing for IRIS certification.

We are member of Association of Ethiopian Overseas Recruitment Agencies (ASEORA). This Association is member of the Ethiopian Overseas Employment Agencies Federation (EOEAF) which is an umbrella organization for overseas recruitment agencies in the country.

PERFORMANCE

During the 20 years of operation, Best Way has deployed over 10,000 workers to Kuwait, Lebanon and Jordan.

During these years, Best Way had good working relations with its partners in all countries. The success of our company is also the result of the contribution of these partners. Currently our partner in Jordan is Options Manpower. And in Kuwait it was FAST Control Ashkanani Group. It is a well-known company in the country. Our partner in Lebanon was Diana Services which has a good reputation in the field.
